There’s a 3.2-inch touchscreen on one side of the headphones which is how you can touch control what you are doing. We assume you can choose to not display what your listening to or your heart rate, say. The ‘phones weigh 260 grams and have a battery life of 10 hours for playback.

The device itself is powered by an ARM Cortex-A7 processor with 1GB of RAM and up to 32GB of internal storage. 3G support enables Vinci to work on AT&T and T-Mobile networks. Additional features include the ability to stream music from services like Soundcloud and Spotify, advanced noise cancellation, 3D sound, audio transparency mode, etc.

Music recommendations will be based on factors such as body vitals, activities, listening habits, and preferences. The company claims that the Vinci makes ‘intelligent and real-time recommendations’. It is also capable of counting steps, monitoring heart rate, and more.

Vinci is a crowdfunding project on Kickstarter right now seeking to raise $50,000 in 34 days. The lowest you can pledge right now to get a Vinci with 16GB storage is $99 while $149 gets you a Vinci Pro with 32GB of the storage. Both feature a 1,500mAh battery. The crowdfunding campaign for the Vinci is now live on Kickstarter.
