Huawei has announced that it will launch their second smartwatch; the company called it Huawei Watch 2, which is based on the latest Android Wear 2.0. Huawei is expected to launched the watch at the Mobile World Congress MWC, which will held in February 2017.
Huawei Watch 2 will be designed in a sportier look than its predecessor, which has launched approximately a year ago. The smartwatch is built to support the cellular data along with Android 2.0 wear. The device is capable of receiving and making calls.
The watch has built-in SIM card for internet connections, when there is no Wi-Fi and devices to connect with. The Huawei Watch 2 might be come with 3G and 2G support. Well, there is no word for which operating system Huawei will be use in their upcoming smartwatch. In the past, there have been rumors spread that Huawei Watch 2 would be launching with Samsung’ s Tizen OS, the software on the Gear S2 and Gear S3. These rumors cleared when Huawei will launch their device in February with unveiling specifications and features.
Huawei launched its first ever wearable device at Mobile World Congress 2015. The device has launched with some of the high-end specs such as 14 inch AMOLED touch screen. The device was come with gold, silver and black color. The smartwatch has a 6 axis motion sensor and powered by a Qualcomm 1.2 GHz processor. The smartwatch is equipped with 4GB of storage and 512 MB of RAM. Huawei watch capable of paired with any Android smartphone through Bluetooth LE. So it is expected that the upcoming watch can also possess high-end specs and features.
